1. About Us

Keefrash is operated by Summitmob, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Purchases through this store are made directly from Summitmob, Inc., which is responsible for its obligations as the seller, including applicable returns and refunds.

Shopify provides the platform hosting our store and is not the seller of our products.

These Terms apply to your use of our website and purchases from our store. Please read them before placing an order.

2. Using Our Store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract, or have the required permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Please provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information and keep your account credentials secure. You may not use the website for unlawful activities, fraud, infringement, or interference with its security or operation.

3. Products and Orders

Please review the product description, compatibility information, selected model, quantity, and delivery address before ordering. Screen settings may affect how product colors appear.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order receipt does not, by itself, confirm acceptance; we accept your order when we send a shipment confirmation.

If an item is unavailable, an error affects your order, or we cannot fulfill it, we will notify you. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. Any payment for an order we cancel will be refunded promptly.

To request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after shipment. This does not affect your applicable return or statutory rights.

The currency, product price, discounts, and applicable charges collected by us are shown before you complete checkout. Tax inclusion is indicated where applicable.

Price changes do not change the agreed price of an accepted order. You must be authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier operations, holidays, customs, or weather. If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will notify you and offer a revised shipping date or cancellation and refund, obtaining your consent to any delay where required by law.

Please contact us if a package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed. We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.

These Terms do not reduce any expressly stated product warranty or your rights concerning defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods. Mandatory consumer rights apply regardless of any policy wording.
