About Keefrash

Keefrash makes iPhone cases with an E-Ink display on the back. Choose a photo, illustration or QR code in the Keefrash app, tap “Projection”, and the image is written to the case over NFC in about 10–15 seconds. The case has no battery and never needs charging — the image stays on the back until you change it.

What we make

  • A 4.0-inch, 528 × 768 E-Ink screen in four colors: black, white, red and yellow
  • Battery-free: the case draws power from your iPhone's NFC only while an image is being written
  • A PC + TPU frame, a tempered-glass back, and a metal camera frame that flips out as a kickstand

What it does well — and what it doesn't

We would rather you know before you buy:

  • Four colors, not full color. Photos are converted to black, white, red and yellow, so illustrations, text and QR codes look best.
  • MagSafe charging works through the case. Magnetic wallets attach but hold less firmly, and magnetic car mounts can't hold the phone. Read the details.
  • Not water-resistant. The glass back can crack if the phone is dropped on a hard surface.
  • Your iPhone stays in the case. Keep the app open and the phone fully seated while the image is written. How to use.

You can buy Keefrash here on keefrash.com, and from our official stores on Amazon and TikTok Shop in the United States and Japan.

  • United States: ships within 48 hours from our warehouse in Missouri. Shipping is $5.90, free on orders of $60 or more.
  • Japan: ships from Tokyo or Osaka with free shipping, usually arriving in 3–5 business days.
